時代演進,電話從家中的傢俱,變成了與人們最親密的電器,英國 Dirty Furniture 於實驗性期刊之第五期 Dirty Furniture Issue 5/6 (Phone),探討人類如何使用電話,或者說電話如何利用了人類。
執行長薇涵受編輯部邀請,負責對亞洲 KOL 之電話(手機)使用以及社群媒體進行研究,並代表雜誌向中國木作工藝 KOL - 山村小杰,進行採訪與文章編輯,藉由與擁有兩千六百萬社群粉絲的山村小杰談話中,梳理中國網紅如何用手機經營事業,以及近十年手機普及為中國農村帶來資訊同步、電子商務行銷...等機會的劇烈變化。
Dirty Furniture 是英國獨立設計雜誌,以半年刊揭示人與家具間的關係,共有六期,每一期都以一件家具為主題,探索與其相關之設計、政治、歷史、心理學…等各種議題。
"Let’s explore how we use the phone – and how it uses us. As times evolve, the telephone has transformed from a piece of furniture in our homes into one of the most intimate electronic devices people interact with. In the experimental journal Dirty Furniture Issue 5/6 (Phone), the UK-based Dirty Furniture delves into how humans use phones, or rather, how phones exploit our behaviors.
Invited by the editorial team, CEO Weihan do research about the use of phones (mobile devices) and social media by Asian Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Representing the magazine, she conducted interviews and article editing with Chinese woodworking craft KOL - Shan Cun Xiao Jie. Through conversations with Shan Cun Xiao Jie, who has 26 million social media followers, the article explores how Chinese internet celebrities use phones to run their businesses. It also highlights the drastic changes brought to rural China over the past decade, including information synchronization and e-commerce marketing opportunities resulting from the widespread adoption of mobile phones.
Dirty Furniture is an independent design magazine from the UK that releases semi-annual issues revealing the relationship between people and furniture. With six issues in total, each one focuses on a specific piece of furniture, exploring various topics such as design, politics, history, psychology, and more."
